House Key is a home loan for first time home buyers offered only in Washington State.  The program provides financing and down payment assistance for qualified first time home buyers.  Some of the benefits include:
 
   * Low 30 year fixed interest rates
 
   * Stable rates that don't fluctuate as often as traditional mortgages
 
   * Down Payment assistance to help first time home buyers buy with little to no money down.
 
Homebuyers who are interested in buying using a House Key home Loan or a House Key down payment assistance must attend a home buyer class and qualify for both programs.
