This is a very unique offer for anyone who wants to be different or revolutionize the home buyer experience. I think this is innovative and will grow rapidly overtime throughout the country and not just Kent, WA. As a potential home-buyer, one would want a place where they can get the most out of the value of their property and with this you will get your value thanks to the tremendous amount of space, the price of the property, the location, and the control you have over the master plan.
