The Quadrant model home (Revolution 2439) is my favorite floor plan because of  the open design.  I have not been able to find this much open space on the main floor in any other available new construction builder plan. With a large family room downstairs and an open loft upstairs entertaining just got easier! Just under 2500 square feet with a master walk in closet that I could live comfortably inside and a utility suite that could be used for crafts/office/sewing.  Love love love it!  The higher level features that are included in the price are more than any other builder in this price range.  

 

This Quadrant Home community is located in the Tahoma School District which has exceptional test scores and student services.
