Why?  Because the sellers are not maintaining their yards.  They are not welcoming a buyer in to their homes.  Blunt?  Yes.  

There was so much potential but my buyers would look at the yard and could not, would not, shall not, see beyond the yard.  Okay, their price point is low but that is NO excuse for a seller to not invite the buyer in to their home by maintaining their yard.  Especially when the seller is actually selling their home - the yard sign was up, the listing is posted, the flyers are in the box.   Yet the seller was simply not inviting my clients inside!

It takes a bag of fertilizer, a lawn mower, an edger, a pot of fresh bright flowers, some shrubs and perhaps a hanging basket.   This is not difficult and it is not News.

Get outside, get to work, get the yard in shape and invite the buyer into your home!
